Who is behind this site and how do I reach them?
This site, the books and the membership all run under one name: Brooke Hollis Golf. One name on the jersey, that's it.

Just walking onto the range
What happens when I simply open a page here?
Nothing gets signed up. There is no account and no form to fill in on this site.
You won't find advertising cookies, tracking pixels, Google or Facebook trackers, or analytics scripts here.
Cloudflare hosts the pages. To deliver and protect them, Cloudflare processes your IP address.
Links from my videos
What do you note when I use a video link or QR code?
My videos and QR codes use special links (the /go/ links and the ?src= codes). When you use one, I note the time and which video or link it came from. I also note the page it sent you to.
Your country gets noted too, with a scrambled code made from your IP address. The IP address itself is never stored, and the code can't be turned back into it.
Why? So I know which lessons actually help people. Think of it as keeping score on my own videos.
One small cookie lasts 30 days. It only remembers which version of the book page you saw, so it looks the same when you come back. That is the only cookie this site sets. The Hotmart checkout has its own cookies under Hotmart's policy.
When you buy a book
What do you learn about me when I buy a book?
Hotmart runs the checkout. Hotmart collects your name, email, billing and payment details. I never see your card number.
Hotmart tells me your email, what you bought, the price, your country and which video or link you came from.
For book orders, I keep a scrambled version of your email, not the email itself.
When you join the team
What do you keep when I join the membership?
Hotmart passes me your name, email, country, time zone, membership status and dates, and which video or link you came from.
I keep these to send you the letters. The letters also tell me whether they were delivered and which links in them you clicked.
A checkout you didn't finish
What if I start to pay and then stop?
If you start a checkout and don't finish, or the payment doesn't go through, Hotmart may pass me your name and email.
I may then send up to two emails to remind you. One click stops them. If you already bought, I never write.
When you write to me
What happens to the messages I send you?
I keep your message and your email so I can answer you.
The full raw copy of an email is deleted after 90 days. The text of the message stays, so I can follow our conversation.
An AI assistant on my bench
Does a computer help write the answers I get?
Yes, sometimes. To answer letters faster, an AI writing assistant may help draft my replies. Your message is used only for that.
What I use it for
Why do you keep any of this at all?
To deliver your books and letters, answer your questions and process refunds.
To see which videos help people.
And to tell you about other books from Brooke Hollis Golf. Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link.
What I'll never do
Will you sell my information to anyone?
No. I never sell or rent your personal information. I never share it for advertising. That's a team rule with no exceptions.

Which other services touch my information?
Three helpers, each with its own privacy policy.
Hotmart handles payments, book delivery and membership billing. Resend sends my emails. Cloudflare hosts the site, stores my data and receives the email you send me.
You call the plays
How do I stop emails or see what you have on me?
Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also reply with the word “unsubscribe”.
To see, correct or delete your data, write to business@hollisgolf.com. I answer within 30 days. This works wherever you live in the US, California included.
Hotmart keeps its own purchase records, as the law requires.
How long I keep it
How long do you hold on to my information?
Membership data: while you're a member, and until you ask me to delete it.
If you unsubscribe, I keep only a scrambled “do not email” note, so you're never emailed again. Order records stay as long as the law requires.
Adults only on this squad
Is any of this meant for children?
No. The books and the membership are for adults. I do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
When the rules change
How will I know if this page changes?
I update this page and the “Last updated” date at the top. Check the date to see when it last changed.
